Through Queens Village, Black mothers in Cincinnati requested transparency and accountability among hospital systems on maternal health outcomes. The purpose of this survey is to understand the maternity care experiences of Black women in Cincinnati, and to find areas of improvement in the provision of maternity care.  

To participate in this survey, you must:  

• Identify as Black or African American 

• Be 18 years of age or older 

• Have had a live birth in the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, University of Cincinnati West Chester, Bethesda North, Good Samaritan, Mercy West, Mercy Anderson, or The Christ Hospital within the last twelve months. 

All participants will receive a $50 e-gift card for their participation.
